Cet appartement est conforme à la description qui en est faite. Très propre, bien équipé, situé dans un environnement calme, assez proche de la mer et du centre ville.Nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances.

L’appartement est agréable même s’il serait souhaitable de changer le matelas de la grande chambre. Il est propre et bien entretenu. Il est très bien situé à 900 m de la mer et du centre .
Par ailleurs la copropriété est vieillissante et aurait besoin d’être rénovée. Les appartements sont mal isolés : les voisins prennent des douches à minuit et le gardien sort les poubelles à partir de 6 h 30 ..
