Very beautiful apartment of 78m2, with designer decoration, Duplex, on the 1st and last floor in a small quiet residence, ideally located 100 meters from the sandy beach of Rupione, for 6 people:

Pleasures of swimming in crystal clear water on sandy beaches: Rupione, Mare & Sole beaches or silver beach.

To visit around: the village and its hamlets, the peninsula of Isolella and its Genoese tower, the forest of COTI CHIAVARI bordered by Eucalyptus with the old penitentiary.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce joli duplex tout équipé et climatisé. Plage à 50m à pied, le bonheur.

Très Bien situé la route à traverser pour la jolie plage du rupione.
Appartement agréable et fonctionnel.
Jolie terrasse.
La propriétaire a été réactive suite à une panne de lave linge, changé dans la semaine.

Cet appartement est spacieux avec une terrasse ombragée pour y prendre tous les repas!! Elle équipée d'une plancha électrique très pratique. Les 2 chambres ont une climatisation chacune permettant le soir de dormir au frais. La pièce principale est elle aussi avec une climatisation ; la cuisine est très bien avec plaque, four,lave linge, lave vaisselle... comme à la maison!! Le tout eqt agencé avec goût !! L'appartement est situé dans une zone où les plages sont très belles. Je recommande pour une famille avec des enfants!! Merci à Mme Gaichet pour sa petite attention!! A bientôt.

Duplex mansardé à l'étage ; poutres apparentes à risques. Emplacement proche de la plage idéal. Prestations conformes à l'annonce, mais entretien laisse à désirer ( machine à laver le linge inutilisable durant séjour ; carrelage chambre en mauvais état, voire dangereux). Rapport qualité/prix discutable.
