+ Top Lage: 50m zum Strand, 2 kleine Läden fußläufig zu erreichen, Restaurants etwas weiter, aber auch zu Fuß erreichbar + ruhige Nachbarschaft + besonders untere Wohnung bleibt angenehm kühl (wenn alles geschlossen) + top Ausstattung (Möbel, Bett) + Küchenausstattung gut - sehr qualitativ, könnte mehr sein + tolle Gastgeberin: leichte Kommunikation, sehr sehr hilfsbereit
