The spacious primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The guest bedrooms offer two queen beds in one room and an additional queen bed in the other.
Outside, your private oversized saltwater pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a covered patio, creating the perfect setting for relaxing after a day at the beach.

• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years or older.
• Parking – Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted on the property.
• No Pets Allowed.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

We had such a wonderful vacation and your home was beautiful! We fell in love with the area and plan to visit again. We just had a couple recommendations...it would have been helpful to have a skimmer for the pool to keep it clean. There was a lot of debris in the pool from the winds/rain we had. The pool cleaner came one day and did a great job but it really needed daily cleaning because of the weather. We would have gladly helped to keep the pool clean. My kids didn’t really want to get in because of all the debris in it. And the beds and pillows could be more comfortable along with thicker comforters/blankets. Not a big deal, but it’s nice to have comfortable bedding when you’re away from home. Thank you for sharing your home with us 😊

The house was beautiful and the pool was AMAZING! One complaint about the pool is that there is no screen over it, so if it was windy out that day, the pool would get dirty. The beds were comfy, washer and dryer worked great. In the description of what was included, it stated that there was a beach umbrella and a beach cart. There was no beach cart and the umbrella was broken. I did text the company that the property is managed by, since it was a Sunday and not during normal business hours. I did not get a response from them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and spacious.

We keep returning to Anna Maria on a yearly basis and for the first time ever we decided on a property off the island. What can we say – we couldn’t have chosen any better. The house was incredibly well maintained, had great appliances, and the outdoor area was just unbelievable beautiful. And after all – only a 10-minute ride to AMI. We will be back again for sure.

There were several items lacking. Without those it would have been a much better experience. I left a detailed list at the property of issues we experienced.
