About this house rental
The charm of a discreet and comfortable shelter in a green setting: we offer you an authentic welcome, in a preserved natural space, in the heart of a residential area, on the edge of the city.
Unique: rent an independent house in a large garden (1200m2).
It is a small house (70 m2) on one level, U-shaped.
At the entrance, a large cedar counter where you can deposit your personal items and store your luggage.
In the West wing, an equipped kitchen offers you the best conditions for making your favorite recipes. A French window allows direct access to the garden, on the setting sun side.
In the central part, access a large living room where you can comfortably sit in deep leather armchairs, or lie on the sofa, to read, doze, or share a glass of wine.
A French window and the openwork entrance door let in the light and allow direct access to the terrace.
In the East wing you will experience a large King Size bed in a quiet room which opens onto a functional bathroom, through a sliding door.
The toilets are separate.
The design, orientation and materials used allow this new construction to reach a high level of comfort. The interior temperature is pleasant in all seasons thanks to optimal insulation. It is a traditional achievement that knew how to use the energy and environmental constraints of today.
Our rental is fully furnished and equipped.
Everything is included: linens, sheets, towels, cleaning products, water and electricity consumption, unlimited internet connection, cleaning at the end of the stay.
Net rates, tourist tax is included, there is no additional charge.
In case of special need, contact us, and ... put your luggage down.

For lovers of discoveries, exploration, nature sports; for authentic wine tasters or professional oenologists; for architecture enthusiasts or for those who uncover rare and ancient objects, it is a relaxing base.

We stayed last year, same 2 weeks but this time without a car, the shopping trolley made the local supermarket easy. If you are planning to visit this area I doubt you will find a 1 bedroomed property with as much space both inside and out and so well equipped. Just on the outskirts of Pezenace there are splendid walks amongst vineyards, just go you won't regret it, the host Didier is a gentleman.

We stayed for 7 nights at end of May/start of June. Didier was a great host, with a friendly and professional welcome. He explained all about the facilities, best parking, (completely safe, private & shaded), the neighbours, how to deal with garbage etc etc.The house has all you need, including wine and fresh flowers on arrival!Shower has great water pressure, bed is comfortable, garden is huge, with seats/table/sunbeds. Convenient for the town centre, with a private road for access - but the property is quiet and peaceful. It’s nice to relax in the garden and watch & listen to the wildlife. Less than 20 minutes walk to the bars & restos in the centre. Also, an easy walk through some residential streets to the large Leclerc.(about 10-15 minutes)In summary, a great property, with top equipment, in a large private garden, with good parking, easy access to the town facilities - and a top quality host in Didier. Highly recommended.

Lovely welcome by the owner Didier who left a bottle of wine and some flowers.The house did have everything you can ask for and was very clean. It is 20 min walk from the centre . A very nice stay indeed.

Wonderful host, ideal escape. House has everything and more. 2 minutes from Pézenas but seems like 10 miles away. Impeccably clean, well laid out, close to everything but the perfect peaceful home you want to return to at the end of the day. Parking a real plus along with easy communication with Didier. Thanks for waiting for us along with the wine and water. So thoughtful. Looking at dates for a return.
