About this house rental
La Petite Terrasse is a typical 18th century old house now rated 3 Stars - Meuble de Tourisme. We sometimes refer to the house as an "apartment", because while it is a self-contained house, it is a small house. The house is renovated to include 21st century amenities. Located just off the Medieval centre of Pezenas, in a small cup-de-sac, the house has 1 bedroom.
First floor: living room, dining area and the kitchen,
next floor: large bedroom with a bathroom and WC.
There is a small roof terrace, very private, but it is only for the sporty at heart because the stairs to get onto the terrace are steep. We advertise the house as an apartment because it is an individual house, but small enough to be considered an apartment.
The house is airy, bright, and we are constantly working to improve the environment. A home away from home, we hope that you, like us, will enjoy the feel of the house and the town. Discreetly in the background, there is a property manager who is always available to give you any help and information that you might need, and ensure that your vacation is as enjoyable as possible.

Petite maison très confortable et parfaitement bien équipée avec sa terrasse intimiste, un grand privilège en centre ville . Douce sensation à mon arrivée de « sentir le propre » dans toute la maison . Une impression de bien être immédiate . J ai beaucoup apprécié la réactivité tant des propriétaires que de Linda et sa collaboratrice. Un joli souvenir

We stayed at the house last year and the location suited us very much. The house is well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean. The price is very reasonable considering the area, the location and the confort. We came for 4 nights for the film festival and luckily the weather too, was on our side. thank you for the hosts for making us feel welcome and wanted.

We enjoyed the stay and the fact that the owners took the trouble to installs internet connection (some complained that there wasn't any). We walked everywhere, restaurant movies (in English) and just a walk around the place.

Excellent apartment. However the apartment lacked wi-fi, a microwave and a dishwasher. The dishwashers not that apartment but kitchen towels are.We loved being close to the historic district and enjoyed the folder of information which came with the apartment. Stephanie, the apartment manager, was very helpful.
