I stayed at the property with a group of friends and it was a lovely break from the busy medina's of the cities. We found it a bit difficult to understand the accommodations via the website, but the 5 of us were housed in two separate 2BR villas, and a third private apartment. All are very charming, and we were served all of our meals together on a lovely outdoor patio with a view of the pool. The pool and the grounds are beautiful and casual, and we enjoyed meeting the local horses, dogs, and even the noisy peacock who joined us for dinner one night.
Laurence is incredibly helpful and arranged a guide and taxi for us to do a stunning hike through a nearby valley of the Atlas Mountains, followed by lunch in a berber home. The next morning we walked through neighboring villages, and the locals are extremely welcoming and friendly. The area does not seem to be heavily touristed and we enjoyed the authentic culture.
The staff is fantastic and the meals on the veranda were nice. It's several kilometers out of Amizmiz, so decided it was best to stay on the property for dinner.
