Everything was good nothing bad.

L'appartement est spacieux, la literie est confortable. La résidence en elle-même est propre sauf le garage, la climatisation fonctionne ( un peu trop même surtout dans les chambres). Sara qui gère la location était disponible et accueillante.

Malheureusement la piscine durant notre séjour (3 nuits), n'était pas fonctionnelle, nous avions justement pris cette location pour ça ( on aurait dû nous communiquer cela avant que l'on arrive). L'appartement est bien mais les finitions sont catastrophiques ( porte de douche ou toilettes qui sont collées aux wc, certaines lumières ne fonctionnent pas comme la salle à manger...). Il n'y a pas de machine à café, ni de fer à repasser ... Des petits détails qui auraient fait la différence pour une meilleure note.

The apartment was overall okay and clean. The staff, including the manager and security team, were excellent—very helpful and professional throughout our stay. I would rate their service 10/10. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen sink, which forced us to keep the kitchen door closed during our entire stay. The apartment has a large balcony, but there is no setup to dry laundry. Safety could also be improved, as some electrical wires in the kitchen and on the balcony were not properly covered, which could be a concern for families with children. Additionally, the apartment is located on a busy road to Casablanca, so there is noticeable noise throughout the night. The single beds were also quite firm and not very comfortable. Overall, while the staff are truly outstanding, the property would benefit from better maintenance and some upgrades.
