Dupex 4pieces apartment house with 110m between private pool 25 km from Porto

The owners of the place are fantastic, warm people, they welcomed us as family, despite the language problems :-) The flat is very clean, very spacious and perfectly equipped. The decoration, furniture and equipment is a bit old-school and used already, but still it is a great value for the price. We loved the garden, with small pool. Car is a must there. The way to Porto is very straight forward and takes about 20 minutes, same for the nearest beach. We highly recommend this place!

Residential accommodation on two floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (No tub, though). In a small village making a vehicle essential. But saying that, it was ideally situated as a hub for our sightseeing in the Northern reaches. Our hosts, Fatima and Abel were congenial, supplying us with their local knowledge. We spoke no Portuguese, so we were able to converse in French. We spent 35 nights here, and would return in heartbeat.

We were met by Abel the friendly owner in Santa Maria de Feira, a nearby town. Abel kindly bought lunch and delivered us to the property, a duplex apartment.The apartment was clean and spacious with a kitchen/dining/living area downstairs. There is a further lounge area upstairs with 2 good sized bedrooms and an excellent bathroom. The bathroom has a high tech shower with music system attached - be careful here your daughters may never get out of the shower!Outside there is a large garden with paddling pool and secure parking behind automatic gates.Abel and his Fatima were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.I highly recommend a stay there and I will return.
