THE TIGNET (Alpes Maritimes) in a green environment and along the Canal de la Siagne, secure property and fully AIR CONDITIONED, is located 500 m Foot to all amenities

A large living room, with large windows overlooking a covered terrace,
includes 2 sofas with flat screen TV and WIFI
An American kitchen equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, plate vitro) as well as an iron and an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
1 WC with hand wash
Upstairs :
3 Bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 dresser and 1 flat screen TV
1 BB and a BB High Chair
1 children's room with 2 bunk beds
1 WC with hand wash
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 basins

Lovely place with plenty of space and good accommodation for 6 adults and 3 children. Nice surroundings and plenty of toys for the children.

We have been at the house of Sylvie and Gilles for 2 weeks and had a super vacation. The house is comfortable and is really good equiped. We aspecially loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. We have 4 kids and they enjoyed the pool and all the toys very much!
Sylvie was also very helpfull when we have a questions and was very responsive. (E.g. we asked to print tickets for a football match we wanted to visit).
The house is also at walking distance from a bakery, supermarktet and some restaurants, very convient as well!
In short: We had a great vacation in a great house. We absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great and relaxing vacation in France.

This villa was just what we wanted with three young children. Lots to entertain them and a short walk to the supermarket and a little pizza restaurant. Very close to the Lac St Cassein with lots of boats to hire and cafes for ice creams!
Markers in Grasse and Fayence.
Will definitely think of returning - thank you Sylvie and family 👍🏻😊
