About this villa rental
A peaceful Provençal villa, a 10-minute walk from the villages of Fayence and Tourrettes.
4 bedrooms, terraces, swimming pool, enclosed garden with trees. Sleeps 10 to 12 people.
Spacious, fully air-conditioned 170-square-meter house located right next to Tourrettes and Fayence, in a lush Mediterranean setting (with many olive, fig, and orange trees...). Residential neighborhood—peace and quiet guaranteed. A 10-minute walk from both villages (Provençal market, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, entertainment, dances in the village square…).
Enclosed 1,000 m² lot with a private pool and pool house. Secure access to the pool via two gates. Motorized roller shutter. Umbrellas, lounge chairs, and patio furniture.
Layout:
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed (toilet, shower, TV). Wheelchair accessible (sliding door and adapted bathroom).
- Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed (toilet, shower)
- Bedroom 3: 180 cm bed (toilet, shower, bathtub). Upstairs with a rounded sunroom located above the bow window. Magnificent view of the Estérel Mountains.
- Bedroom 4, adjacent to Bedroom 3, for children (small room with a skylight window
): 2 90-cm pull-out beds (DVD player and screen, plus numerous children’s DVDs).
- Bedroom 5 in a separate studio, adjoining the pool house: 120-bed (toilet, shower, TV). Perfect for teens. Available depending on the number of guests.
All bedrooms are equipped with plenty of closets and come with a hair dryer.
- Kitchen with full-size refrigerator (freezer compartment at the bottom), stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All necessary kitchenware and appliances (hand blender, toaster, electric mixer, 12-cup coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, De’Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine, electric kettle).
- Adjacent to the kitchen is an island with high chairs.
- 1 separate half-bath
- Dining room with an open fireplace.
- Adjacent to this is a TV lounge with a 3-seater sofa bed and numerous ottomans and armchairs.
- A bow window with two leather sofas facing each other.
- A small laundry room with a washer and dryer.
- Adjacent to the living room is an office.
- Two terraces in front of the house with outdoor furniture (the pool is located below, with its own terrace and furniture).
- One carport for one car and additional parking spaces in front of the house or on the property (access via two different gates).

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pour un week end familial (7 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge). Elle offre tout le confort nécessaire, les chambres sont toutes équipées de salles de bain. La disposition de la maison permet à chacun d’avoir une intimité ce qui la rend parfaite pour un week end familial (à l’étage se situe 2 chambres communicantes, ce qui est parfait pour des enfants en bas âge).
L’environnement est très calme, les villages alentours pittoresques.
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit et mention spéciale à Carine qui est plus que sympathique!
Je recommande cette maison sans hésitation !
