About this farm stay rental

In the middle of the fields, near a forest, you will find the house after having walked the long alley of chestnut. An entire building is reserved for you. You will appreciate its large garden with trees or relax on the two-person hammock in summer and enjoy an evening by the fireplace in winter.

The house is appreciated by:
- travelers having a family celebration in the region (wedding, cousinade, ...)
- motorsport enthusiasts, we are 25 minutes from the 24h du mans circuit.
- sportsmen (riders, we are 15 minutes from the boulerie jump)
- quite simply people who wish to discover the Sarthe!

Looking for a no frills getaway in a beautiful location this is the place for you. Ideal for Le Mans which is an easy 25 minute drive away. The owner Benoit lives on site in a separate house. Very helpful but never intrusive. His cocker spaniel is very friendly and often nips around when the bbq goes on! The house is set on its own in its own grounds and not overlooked.Gite itself is clean and has all the basics you need. Large fridge is a bonus. Be mindful the Gite is owned by a French man not an expat so the furnishings and colour schemes may be a bit strange to us English, as is the half bath. Plenty of hot water. Take your own plug converters.Sitting out at nightime under the pergola was a delight. Excellent value. If you are looking for a little piece of French country living this could well be the place for you.

A place of tranquility in a rural situation within a very short drive to either Beaufay or Bonnetable for daily essentials. The gite is very comfortable, well equipped and full of rustic character. It would be ideal for anyone who is seeking a relaxing and peaceful retreat away from it all. The gite is also in close proximity to the owners property, who encourages you to advise him of any problems that may occur, otherwise you are left in peace to enjoy the immediate surroundings and beautiful french countryside if you choose to venture further afield. Would fully recommend.

Hôte très accueillant et à l'écoute. Petite maison agréable avec tout le nécessaire sur place. Cadre verdoyant et endroit très calme. Nous avons passé un tres agreable week-end (avec en prime un bon feu de bois)

Très bonne location pour un weekend pour 2 couples et 4 enfants. Grand terrain adapté aux enfants avec de nombreux jeux. Intérieur pratique aussi,manque peut être une barrière au niveau des escaliers pour sécuriser. Et renouveller un peu la batterie de cuisine 🙂 localisation idéal et beaucoup de charmes.
