Single storey house, 100 m², 35 m² covered wooden terrace, hexagonal wooden swimming pool 3mX3m, (depth 1. 10M) with alarm. Enclosed garden of 600 m², with tarmac driveway for parking vehicles + a carport.
- 35 m² living room with ceiling fan, sofa, coffee table, television (TNT package), mini-chain, dining table, ...
- Adult bedroom 12 m² with 140X190 bed, wardrobe with wardrobe, cupboard with wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, ceiling fan, television (TNTSAT bouquet).
- Children's bedroom 10 m² with 140X190 loft bed (+ sofa bed), shelving dressing, ceiling fan.
- Adult bedroom 10 m² with 140X190 bed, walk-in closet.
- Open fitted kitchen 16 m² with gas / electricity hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge (unlimited fresh water + ice), electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ...
- Bathroom with large shower and single sink on teak furniture.
- separate WC.
- Table and chairs for 8 people, garden furniture.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances superbe. Les enfants on appréciés le grand jardin et la piscine. Et nous le calme et la sérénité de cet endroit.

Emplacement idéal afin de découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon, calme assuré, parfaite propreté, grand confort, décoration du plus grand goût, sans oublier, bien sûr, le super accueil et la gentillesse de Mr et Mme NASSE qui ont toujours été à l'écoute afin de répondre pleinement à notre bien être et également d'une très grande discrétion.
De quoi passer des vacances idéales.

15 jours reposants avec le soleil dans un cadre magnifique.
Rien ne manque, la piscine a été beaucoup appréciée par les enfants.
La localisation est idéale pour rayonner dans la baie d'Arcachon.
Un grand merci à Mr et Mme Nasse pour leurs acceuils.

Du début (contact avec Mr Nasse pr la location) à la fin (remise des clefs à notre départ), tout a été parfait! Une maison vraiment agréable et très propre ou l'on se sent chez soi avec un très beau jardin, proche des sites à visiter et des commerces.
