The Cévennes, in a quiet hamlet and away roads, old stone farmhouse of the nineteenth century completely renovated.
100m2 habitable cottage with covered terrace of 30m2 and private access to the garden with olive trees of 1200 m2 closed (electric gate).
4 of 4 square and 1.30m deep pool, built winter 2014, fully fenced and secure for children.
Shared access with the owners and their children living on the first floor of the Farmhouse.
The cottage has a large living room with exposed beams, making 35 m2 living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen to nine, 2 large bedrooms with double beds and cupboards, en Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, separate toilet, large covered terrace independent. Extra bed available in the couch.
You will have a barbecue, with air conditioning, garden furniture in wrought iron.
For children, access to a swing, a cabana and children's games. Kit child provided.

We had a nice stay in a lovely place. It was warm outside but the house was relatively cool. Out we went for cycling, hiking, swimming. The pool was private and nice but small, and the overall surrounding was beautiful.
