Villa Matteo in Peruski - Istria, with private pool, quiet location

We were four people and a dog. The house was really cozy and Miodrag gave us all information (like great beaches near us) we needed. When we arrived, he welcomed us with some bread, cheese, sausage and fruits. He was so helpful and does everything to make your stay perfect. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We arrived on a saturday and our hosts were already waiting for us with refreshments and prepared snacks, so we were able to arrive relaxed after our hour 12 hour drive. The hosts were very nice and forthcoming, and even showed us personally the shortest way to a beautiful beach within 5 driving minutes. They were more than ready to answer all our question and gave wonderfull suggestions for different acitivities and restaurants. They also were very nice to the 2 dogs accompanying us and our friends. Additionally they provided us with a set of maps and fliers of the region. The accommodation itself has a wonderful mediteranean flair to it and has everything available a group of 4 needs. The ACs in the bedrooms are a big plus! Accompanied by the property with a view over the fields, the pool and the big covered terrace with different kinds of seating and 4 lounges, and the location in a small calm village, we were able to really calm down from our stressfull workplaces. The nearest Konzum Market is just 2 minutes by foot and has everything available for your daily needs. The next biggest city Pula is 20 minutes from the village, so it's also a great place to start a lot of different activities. The hosts came by twice a week to clean the pool, and we were brought new bedsheets which was very nice. Overall we had a really great time there and will definetly return! Thanks a gain to our host Miodrag and his wife, they really made our time in Istria a perfect holiday!

We stayed in the house for 12 nights end of June with 4 people and 2 dogs. Everything was as described and even more. The hosts, Sandra and Miodrag, are super friendly and very pleasant people. They thought about everything! They even put some dog biscuits for our dogs as a welcome gift on the table. Not to mention the welcoming Brotzeit and some Schnaps for us human guests :) They will come twice a week for cleaning the faboulus pool and bring sheets and towel for changing as needed. The bedrooms have air condition, the kitchen was brand new and includes everything you need. The garden is beautiful and really cut off the surroundings so you can relax a lot. The village is really in the countryside with nothing around it (which was perfect for us). A small supermarket has everything you need to some degrees, although Pula is just a 20 minutes drive where you can find bigger shopping opportunities. Directly around the corner of the apartment is a restaurant which belongs to Miodrag’s cousin (If i recall correctly). They serve good food, like local cuisine or a nice pizza. To sum it up: Would go there again, if we would not have the policy, to never visit the same place again ;) But you never know.. Thanks Miodrag and Sandra for making this superb holiday possible.

Very nice property indeed. Nice to meet the whole family on first visit, they were back a couple of times to clean the pool and water the garden. Very proud and protective of their new property, which is understandable. Really lovely beeches nearby that the owner took me to and showed me around which was helpful, certainly he was very helpful with any thing that could be done. Shop just up the road was really handy. A lovely restaurant with super staff/food about 4km away Pizza Kum. Also a number of other 7-10km in the area. Would certainly recommend this to friends and colleges
