Are you looking for a wonderful and unforgettable vacation not far from the sea in a villa with a large garden, barbecue and of course a private pool? Villa Katja in Krnica is then your right choice! This delightful very nice villa offers accommodation for up to 9 people in a total of 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a pleasant, large room where the kitchen is combined with the living and dining room.
From here you come to the outdoor area with garden and the inviting pool. The salt-water pool can also be heated on request and at an additional cost.
On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The salt-water pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. There is also a whirlpool in the garden where you can spend beautiful romantic evenings for two. In the garden you can also prepare meals on the grill and enjoy them by the pool in the shade of the parasols. Other bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa. The bedrooms are also very modern and decorated with many charming details and paintings. Exposed wooden beams, pleasant light colors and give the rooms a warm atmosphere, so that you feel comfortable here. The villa is located in the small place Krnica, only 5 minutes by car from the sea. The nearest beach is only 3 km away. Krnica is the perfect starting point for day trips to the famous cities of Pula, Rovinj and Opatija. Krnica is also an excellent place for a relaxing and active vacation. In the nearby port there is a fully equipped diving center (for beginners and experienced divers).
