Casa Emilia is about 110 square meters, with a 500 square meter garden, it is composed of two double bedrooms both with bathroom, a living room with large windows, an open kitchen, and a lounge all in shades of yellow and green. the kitchen is equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee machine, fan oven and dishwasher.
The finishes and details are all of the highest quality, from the handmade glazed terracotta floors to the fabrics, up to the majolica of the bathrooms. Some furnishings and objects are from the Marches antiques, but there are also ethnic furnishings belonging to the travels around the world of the owners. To ensure the comfort TV, wifi, air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine and, as proof of the great care put into every detail, linens for both the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Fantastic spacious holiday home that has been furnished with attention and care. Two spacious bedrooms with private bathroom and large wardrobes. Kitchen and crockery very extensive, all top! Wifi is somewhat unstable with 5 people (including 3 teenagers), but that happens quite often in Italy. Bicycles at the house were free to use! The garden is beautifully maintained, only downside were the amount of mosquitoes, but that is due to the time of year. If you protect yourself, you can sit comfortably outside. The owner, Noemi, is very hospitable and is always there for you and answers all questions immediately. A great place that we highly recommend.

Noemi und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Vermieter.
Die Wohnung war bestens vorbereitet bei unserer Ankunft.
Die Wohnung und Schlafräume sind sehr großzügig, was auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen ist.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral zum Ortskern und nur 100 Meter zum Strand.
Wir haben aber den Strand zum nahe gelegenen Naturschutzgebiet Pineta genutzt, ca. 400 Meter, da uns dieser Strandabschnitt noch besser gefallen hat.
Am Haus wurden uns auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert den Ort mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, da auch die Promenade sehr lang ist.
Man kann im nahegelegenen Supermarkt aber auch in den vielfältigen Bäckereien und anderen Lebensmittelanbieter sich gut verpflegen.
Es gibt natürlich auch viel Restaurants und Pizzerien im Ort und an der Promenade.
Die Wohnung und der Garten liegt etwas versteckt und man fühlt sich recht geborgen durch den vielfältigen und schönen Bäume- und Pflanzenbestand.. Wir haben immer im Garten gefrühstückt und oft Abends selbst gekocht.
Wir würden auf alle Fälle nochmals hingehen.

Abitazione curatissima. Pulizia e cura dei particolari. Stile e eleganza contraddistinguono un ambiente semplice ma con ogni comfort. Il giardino un paradiso. La proprietà di una gentilezza estrema. Five Stars
