We had a blast in the apartment. Not only the view is exceptional but the location near the Calanques and Route des Cretes is ideal for hiking and sea side. The séparément is nicely decorated spacious and very well equipped. We highly recommend it for any vacation!

Sicht ist fantastisch. Wohnung ist sauber. Als wir kamen hat man uns gezeigt, dass die elektrische Herdplatte und einer Schublade kaputt sind(wurde nicht aufgehoben). Am 15. September(1Tag nach der Ankunft) haben wir Fr. Augello per Wahts App mitgeteilt, dass es keinen Wasserdruck in der Dusche gibt. Nach einige hin und her, hat der Wohnungsinhaber nach mehr als einer Woche um einen Rückruf gebeten. Fakt war, dass der Duschkopf verkalkt war. Er wollte sich um einen Ersatz kümmern. Dies wurde bis zum unseren Rückkehr am 25. September nicht veranlasst. Es gab weder Entschuldigung noch Verständnis für unsere Lage. Weiterhin steht in Ihrer Beschreibung das Wort TV. Es gab nur franz. Sender (hatten wir noch nicht).Wenn man wie ich der französische Sprache mächtig ist, ist es in Ordnung, leider für meinen Mann war es inakzeptabel. Der Inhaber sagte mir zu diesen Thema, dass er seine FREEBOX ausgeschaltet hat, weil die Leute seine Programme durcheinander bringen würden. Der Inhaber, Herr Bedrune, ist ziemlich gelassen, die Probleme seiner Vermietern kümmern hin relativ wenig. Die Wohnung kommt in die Jahre und ich befürchte, dass Sie in Zukunft noch mehr Klagen bekommen werden. Habe bis jetzt über Atraveo und Fewo Wohnung gemietet, Es ist das erste Mal, dass man uns schon erhebliche Mängel vorgestellt hat. Aber wie gesagt die Sicht auf die Bucht von La Ciotat ist einmalig. Es hat uns getröstet.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach fantastisch, ruhige Lage, ausschlafen möglich. Entfernung zum Strand (ca. 2,5 km) mit Fahrrad kein Problem, nur Rückweg ist etwas anstrengend. Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd mit Backoffen, Waschmaschine und noch viele weitere Haushaltsgeräte. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die tolle Aussicht hat uns jeden Tag erfreut. Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage: ruhig, am Stadtrand gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Route des Cretes. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Zu unserer Freude gab es sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Um Probleme wurden sich gekümmert. Wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Appartement très fonctionnel dans lequel rien ne manque (vaisselle, petit équipement de cuisine, sac poubelle...), petits détails qui épargnent les prises de tête du vacancier ! Il est équipé pour un séjour permanent. Il est bien agencé et la pièce de vie très lumineuse est orientée sur le soleil du matin. La terrasse spacieuse est aménagée pour accueillir 6 personnes. Bien placé pas loin du centre, il est néanmoins très calme (pas de route passante à proximité). Les commerces sont à proximité. Parking privé pratique. Accueil sympathique et accommodant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location et la conseillons sans aucune réserve.

Une semaine absolument superbe! Une location fidèle à sa description(ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas), l'appartement spacieux, calme, très bien équipé (goût, fonctionnalité) offre une terrasse avec splendide vue sur la mer, véritable régal après une journée passée à crapahuter. De plus cet appartement jouit d'une excellente localisation, 300m de la route des crêtes, 1km de la route des calanques, départ tout proche des sentiers de balades vers les collines et Cassis, facilités pour aller à la plage. Ajoutons à cela un contact très agréable avec les propriétaires. Bref, que dire de plus face à ces multiples atouts? Qu'il n'y a pas à hésiter et qu'il faut le recommander!

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaines dans cet appartement et c'était super !!! Rien à redire !!! L'appartement est au calme, spacieux, lumineux, pratique, fonctionnel. Il est fidèle aux photos. La grande terrasse donne vue sur la mer et c'est magnifique le matin de se lever avec ce beau paysage. Pour aller à la mer, nous sommes allé en voiture et cela prend 5 minutes. Il y a aussi possibilités de prendre le bus. Nous vous recommandons cette location pour vos vacances. Vous ne le regretterez pas. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, l'agente immobilière est très sympa aussi, elle nous a donné plein de conseils, à l'écoute et disponible pour passer un beau séjour.

Le contact avec le propriétaire est chaleureux. En découvrant l'appartement on a le plaisir de voir que les photos tiennent toutes leurs promesses. La vue sur la baie et la ville est superbe et on en profite pleinement. L'appartement est joliment meublé,il est fonctionnel, bien équipé,bien situé et très calme. Tout prés des chemins de randonnée, les plages et les commerces sont facilement accessibles. Un séjour très agréable, nous espérons revenir !

Nous sommes arrivés dans une résidence très calme, avec petit parking privatif. Nous sommes entrés dans un appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé et nous avons immédiatement été attiré par la terrasse, et sa vue magnifique sur la mer (la photo ne ment pas mais en vrai, c'est tellement mieux)... Et nous avons vraiment apprécié le prix raisonnable pour cette prestation. Merci encore pour ces vacances. PS : n'oubliez pas d'aller flâner dans le parc du Mugel...
