Old house, very close to the water, completely renovated with taste, in the immediate vicinity of the village of Larmor Baden and its shops: bakery, grocery store, market, pharmacy, newsagent

This stone house is located 50 meters from the cove of Port Lagaden and its small family beach.
Very bright, it has 2 bedrooms upstairs including a bedroom on the mezzanine (+ 1 extra bed for children in the living room), a living room / fitted kitchen of 35m2, a small courtyard on the street and a beautiful terrace with view on sea and harbor and overlooking a shared garden.
Baby equipment available on request (bed, high chair, small bath, games / beach toys ..)
The little extras: Wifi, barbecue, board games, garden furniture, plasma screen TV + TNT + DVD player, public parking nearby.

Lovely house with pretty garden to relax in. Near the seafront and village shop and bakery. We enjoyed walking along the coast and also visiting nice riverside towns like Auray and Vannes. The house is attractively furnished and we enjoyed our holiday.

Lovely quiet 2 week stay in this very pretty bright house by the water.
Very comfortable bed. Good for safe swimming and kayaking 2 hours either side of the high tide.
Bakery, excellent grocer and a Sunday market all in the village.
Good coast path walks.
Brigitte is a charming host, there to help if needed. Enjoyed meals in the garden looking out to sea

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette adorable maison joliment restaurée et décorée . L'emplacement est idéal , vue sur le golfe et très calme . Possibilité de se baigner à 50m à pied et de marcher sur le sentier côtier . Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec la propriétaire et nous recommanderons à nos amis cette location parfaite .Vacances très reposantes !

Une semaine inoubliable dans cette charmante petite maison, dotée de tout le confort, avec une terrasse donnant sur un jardin magnifique, avec vue sur mer. Le tout au coeur de Larmor-Baden, à deux pas des commerces donc idéalement situé. La propriétaire est adorable. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour de super vacances.
