About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Les Deux Alpes, in the 2 Alpes 1800 part of the resort (map attached). It has direct access to the slopes with a chair lift that connects to the entire ski area. Near the apartment are a small supermarket, a bakery, a ski rental shop, restaurants, and an indoor spa and swimming pool. The center of the resort is within walking distance, and there are free shuttles throughout the day to go from one end to the other.
There are two main ski schools with direct access from the appartment: ESF (French ski school, from 1st star level), with meeting point 8 min walk from the apartment or 1 min away on skis, and ESI Saint Christophe (European ski school, from 5-6 years old), with a shuttle picking up the children and bringing them back a couple of minutes away from the flat (in front of the Club-hotel).
The property:
A five bedroom apartment of 140 squared meters (c. 1500 square feet) for up to 14 people. It was fully renovated and furnished to a high standard. The flat is fully equipped, including:
- Entrance: benches, boot dryer, coat racks
- Living room: large TV, TV box and DVD player. Balcony
- Kitchen / dining area: large table for 12 people, dishwasher, raclette and fondue appliances, mixer, oven, microwave etc.
- Double bedroom #1: 160cm x 200cm bed, storage and TV - ensuite shower room
- Double bedroom #2, #3 and #4: 160x200 bed (can be split in two 80x200) and TV. Ensuite shower room in one of the bedrooms
- Dormitory room #5: 6 beds (80x200 bunk beds)
- 4 bathrooms (including 2 en-suite), 3 toilets
- Washing machine and dryer
Complementary & other services:
The following services are included in our prices in WINTER:
- Wifi
- Bed sheets, duvets
- Towels
- End of stay cleaning (the apartment is just to be left tidy)
- Food staples i.e. oil, vinegar, pasta, sugar, ...
Delivery of bread and french pastries every morning.

COVID CLAUSE: The rental will be fully refunded in case of COVID cancellation due to strict containment, border closures for foreign tenants, or following strict government or local decisions (no leasing, strict confinement, border closure, resort closure, travel ban).
Optional services include delivery of meals and/or daily cleaning (to book at least 10 days before your arrival), not included in our prices.
