Great location - terrible property managers
Location was great. Close to ski lifts and right in town for restaurants. Place was clean.
When we booked (and listed on our booking confirmation) we were told that free parking was provided, no reservation required. Upon arrival we were told that this was no longer the case and we had to spend more than 250 Euros to park on the street. The property managers refused to follow-up with us on this. We had to make a complaint with Booking.com. Furthermore, the list advertised that their is concierge and reception - this is not the case. This is an apartment building. We only found out info on the key safe via text message.

I overpayed & they underdelievered.
Located in Les Deux Alpes
Tired from driving, we had to make our own beds (put the sheets and all the covers on) - it was not ready for guests! Laminated flooring in the kitchen was not fit properly, it had gaps! Silicone work in the bathrooms was made by kids or drunken people… Opening the dishwasher the corner where the led strip was fitted shaved a bit of my skin off the finger. The terrace managed to have some weeds :-) Funny since we payed over 500 for two nights…
