About this villa rental
Villa Casasou is a recent 140 m² wood and stone frame construction. In full version, it has two communicating and independent spaces, upstairs and on the ground floor. It comfortably accommodates 10 people on 2 levels. Each level is extended by a 55 m² terrace.
Upstairs
- large bright living room with fully functional fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.)
- cellar
- one bedroom with double bed
- a bedroom with double bed and sink-shower-WC area
- a bathroom (Italian shower and sink)
- an independent WC with washbasin
- living terrace on the ground floor with barbecue, large shaded table, magnificent view of the garden and the Bavella needles
Garden level
- a double bedroom studio bedroom (double bed or 2 single beds) with fitted kitchen (sink, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)
- a bedroom with two bunk beds
- one bedroom with double bed
- a bathroom with sink and Italian shower
- Separate WC with hand basin
The garden level terrace is equipped with hammocks and an outdoor shower. Dining area with table and chairs for 8 people, barbecue.
Heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming.
The garden is planted with trees and landscaped, a shaded petanque field provides additional enjoyment for the whole family.
800 m (8 min walk) from Villa Casasou, Pinarello beach is a beautiful calm beach of fine white sand, bordered by a shady pine forest. From the beach and the sea, view of the mountain and the Bavella range.
Its turquoise water, warm and shallow, makes it an ideal play area for families with young children.
It offers the practice of many water sports: water ski club and boat rental, sailing and kite-surfing club, diving club, pedal boats, kayaks and paddles ...
Several restaurants and huts provide lunch or dinner.
Within 10 km, torrents and waterfalls offer natural freshwater pools.
Two horse clubs nearby (3 km) offer walks in the reliefs of the maquis or on the beaches by the sea.
A few kilometers from the village of Saint Lucia, on the road to Zonza, a tree climbing course overlooks the pools and will seduce young adventurers in complete safety.
Small local shops (press, bread, take-away pizza), several restaurants on the marina, a fisherman sells his fish at the village pontoon.
Supermarket, butcher, tobacco press, pharmacy, bakery in Sainte Lucie (5 km), an open-air cinema (3 km), a medical center (5 km).

Une maison magnifique et luxueuse avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Très agréable à vivre , très bien équipée, pratique et idéalement placée . Terrain de pétanque , piscine , bbq etc ...
Une végétation très variée , et entretenue , ce qui est assez rare pour une maison de location. Nous avons passé 3 semaines de rêve !

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve dans cette somptueuse villa, en famille (13 personnes), la maison est très bien agencée, déco moderne et de très bon gout, entièrement climatisée, une grande pièce de vie, 2 grandes terrasses bois, des chambres spacieuses avec de grands lits, 3 sdb + une douche extérieur très agréable en rentrant de la plage (à 10 mn à pied, dans la baie magnifique de Pinarello).
Et que dire de cette vue imprenable, de la terrasse, sur les aiguilles de Bavella, simplement grandiose.
La villa est très bien située (15mn à pied de Pinarello avec ses restaurants bord de mer ou l'on y mange très bien et à bon prix), l'emplacement est très calme et sécurisé par un portail électrique (nous avons pu rentrer facilement 3 voitures), un très grand parc arboré se terminant sur un jeu de boules avec table et bancs.
De nombreuses activités sont accessibles aux alentours (randonnée pédestres et équestres, baignades en mer et rivières, activités nautiques de toutes sortes, etc....)
En résumé, un très bel endroit pour passer des vacances de rêve en famille ou entre amis.

Vacances idylliques dans un cadre somptueux.
Vue magnifique sur les aiguilles de Bavella depuis la grande terrasse où il fait bon se poser à toute heure et profiter d'une petite brise.
La maison est parfaitement équipée, climatisée, décorée avec soins, l'endroit est plein de charme et reposant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il ne manque rien.
Entre mer et maquis, c'est la tranquilité assurée.
La plage est accessible à pied en 10 mn avec ses petits restaurants de bord de mer.
Que du bonheur.

Nous avons passé 15 jours parfaits dans cette maison récente, située à 800 mètres de la plage. La plage de Pinarellu est très belle et idéale pour les enfants, car les fonds descendent très lentement, et l'eau est donc plus chaude qu'ailleurs.
La maison est très belle et TRES agréable : bien équipée, grande terrasse avec vue superbe sur les aiguilles de Bavella, clim dans toutes les chambres, douche extérieure idéale pour les retours de plages.
Bref, nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison
On recommande vivement!
