About this apartment rental
functional and very comfortable apartment on the second floor of a cottage and an area of 65 m2. 20 m2 terrace facing south with beautiful views of the Grande Motte.
The equipment is for up to 7 people.
The layout with 4 levels gives a great impression of volume and allows everyone to preserve its tranquility.
The lower floor includes an entrance with cupboards - a living room with fireplace and TV slightly below - a dining area and an open kitchen very equipped - a room with a double bed - a bathroom with two sinks and shower - finally a toilet with separate sink.
The upper floor has a loft with a double bed and storage convenient.
A small door and 3 steps give access to a bedroom with a bed of 140 and a full bathroom: sink -shower -WC .A window overlooking the lake.
To return to the kitchen equipment, which integrates well on: a dishwasher, an induction hob, oven multifunction, a Nespresso machine, etc, you will also find a raclette grill and a device to brasérade.
The common areas (entrance, ski lockers and stairs) are particularly successful: natural stone floor, wood paneling and antique wrought iron ramp. But the highlight is probably the beauty and tranquility of the site: the chalet is located at the lake and at the foot of Tuffs, these very steep corridors
down from the massive Tovière and which are reserved for very good skiers and despite the proximity of the Val Claret (5 minutes walk) there is no filter to nightlife site.
The return is on skis to the chalet.
Finally, the chalet is lacated in the middle of the skiing loops and access is free.

The pkace was very warm and compact .It had everything we needed .It was in a very quiet location with easy walks to both resorts .

A great apartment and wonderful hosts. The building itself is very smart with great communal areas, great ski locker, easy access to ski. Great balcony around the apartment. The beds at the very top are best suited to kids or teenagers. Very easy check-in and out, with very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

Really good spot, apartment is in a chalet made up of 4 or 5 apartments. There are 2 other chalets of similar configuration in the cluster.
Perched on the edge of the lake.
We loved the ease of walking across the frozen lake into Le Lac and walking to Val Claret for pasties.
This one is top floor with very nice views towards Val Claret. Reasonable size with a wrap around balcony which must be lovely in the summer. Discovered that we could ski all the way home too 3rd day in. Take a right after after Bollin on the slopes. I would say the description of luxury is misleading as the interior is a little tired and in some parts feels like it needs an upgrade. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
