Our apartment is located in the heart of the village of Tignes le Lac, on the 7th floor of a residence facing the most beautiful view of the resort, unobstructed on the mountains and the lake of Tignes. It has been completely renovated in a modern but warm style thanks to several walls covered with oak panelling in the living room and in the bedrooms, which brings warmth and cocooning atmosphere.
You will find everything you need to enjoy raclette evenings, fondue (appliances provided), pancakes (pancakes special), and various baking pans if you like to bake! Two coffee makers at your disposal, one capsule for a strong coffee and one filter for your big morning coffee!
An electric fireplace reproducing the crackling logs and the warmth of the wood will enhance your evenings by the fire.

Our apartment is very close to all shops whether it is food, restaurants, ski rentals, souvenirs, newsagent and pharmacy.
A Tignespace sports complex 5 minutes walk away will allow you to let off steam by practicing various indoor sports, badminton, tennis, climbing, trampoline, volleyball etc. and even a golf simulator!
At the Lagon even closer, you can enjoy the swimming pool and its wellness area, as well as the weight training and fitness rooms.
Departures and returns are done on skis, the slopes and ski lifts are all close less than 100m.
No need for a car, everything is done on foot and if you want to get to Val Claret even until late at night, free shuttles at a frequency of every quarter of an hour run constantly throughout the resort.
At your disposal free of charge and to avoid any parking expense, a closed private garage located 5 minutes walk parking in the basement of Tignespace, 5 minutes walk!

Even closer, Le Lagon offers a swimming pool and wellness area, as well as weight and fitness rooms.
Ski-in/ski-out: departures and returns are skis-on; the slopes and lifts are all nearby (less than 100 m). No car needed — everything is within walking distance, and if you want to go to Val Claret even late at night, free shuttles run throughout the resort every 15 minutes. For your convenience and to avoid parking fees, a private garage locked in the underground parking at Tignespace is available free of charge (about a 5-minute walk).
