The Rooms Upstairs Serenity Room #3 is one of 2 unique and charming accommodations one block walking distance off Hwy 89a in Uptown Sedona, Arizona, for nightly or weekly stays. We offer a motel like experience with 2 rooms situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one.

The property is one of only two private hotel-style rooms over an award winning building acclaimed for its architectural style. After a day of sightseeing, step out on the private terrace to relax and take in the breathtaking views that Sedona is world famous for.

Step out the door and walk to fantastic hiking such as the famous Brins Mesa, Jordan Park or Cibola Trails. Check out the local eateries just steps from your door, or prepare your meals in the room with a view and never have to leave it.

What a gem right in the heart of Sedona! This is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and coffee. Would loved the outdoor space, that was a real plus. I would recommend this spot which is perfect for a couple.

Our stay was amazing before we even got there. Rebecca texted to let us know the room was ready early and that we could check in! Communication was excellent through the entire stay. The room is perfect. Everything is clean and in great condition. And you can’t beat the location. Everything is so close. The description really doesn’t do it justice. My wife and I only spent a few days in Sedona, but we will definitely be back! This is a great place and the host is wonderful. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the outdoor upstairs patio and the great walk to town (1 block) location. It comes with a free parking space which in Sedona on a weekend is worth it's weight in gold.Accomations were comfortable and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay.

Perfect stay. Great location. This was primarily a hiking trip for me. The studio was plenty big with room to spread out. Very clean, safe and quiet with coffee and supplies included. Large patio with views of the red rock buttes was my favorite part. With the Uptown location, anything I needed was nearby. Coffee shops, eateries, shopping, area tours. The Verde shuttle stop was 1 block away. Sedona Shuttle was very convenient for door to door service throughout Sedona. I did my entire trip without a car and had no issues getting anywhere I wanted to go. I hope to return to Sedona very soon and would not hesitate to book this room again.

Large room, huge bathroom, easy to find, very clean, slight mold in shower, but all else was great, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, very good coffee, nice drapes, good view of mountains, clean windows(some dual panes in door had some condensation, but clean). Wonderful stay would come back. The only small issue was a strong smell that was used for cleaning I presume. Open windows and door to ventilate and let a candle to temper the smell.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very spacious, well appointed, clean and happily the AC worked perfectly. The porch was lovely. The breeze was pleasant and views amazing. We enjoy more and just 1 bottle of wine sitting on the comfy deck furniture. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a clean little studio that is very nicely furnished and supplied. The towels and other linens are high quality. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the location in upper Sedona where you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. All communication and check-in/out was easy. Great spot!

My sister & I stayed 3 nights/4 days in Uptown Sedona. We loved the location of our accommodations…right within walking distance of shops, restaurants & art galleries. Access to 89A was so easy which made reaching others parts of Sedona very doable. Loved views surrounding area. Found a trail just up the street from where we stayed which proved to be a huge plus. The accommodations were neat, clean & contained everything we needed including a guide to other trails for hiking in Sedona. We were in walking distance of several wine tasting venues. Couldn’t have had a better experience & would definitely book again. Thanks to the manager of this apartment we got prompt confirmation & complete info for access. We were very, very pleased!
