Great spot to stay in Sedona!! Conveniently just a few blocks from Uptown and across the street from Tlaquepaque. Separate bedroom and small kitchen. Ours had been recently updated so everything was new and modern, though a bit bland. We even had a private terrace. We had only a weekend so no time to enjoy the many onsite amenities. This would be a great spot for a family vacation, or multi-generational group—something to keep everyone active and entertained. Even with all that, surprisingly this was still a more affordable option in pricey Sedona. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

great staff, amazing amenities, my boyfriend and i loved it so much, there was walking distance restaurants and shops as well as the resorts arcade, pickleball and mini golf courses. they gave us discounts on restaurants when we came in & they also gave us a list of recommendations for hiking & restaurants. they also made sure we had everything we needed as far as towels, blankets etc. Next time we are in Sedona, we WILL be staying here!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind. The hotel’s location was ideal—within walking distance of Tlaquepaque—which made exploring the area very convenient. The surroundings were beautiful and added to the overall charm of our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The rooms were old but clean. Parking was a nightmare-made it challenging to leave & return. I actually drove back to the valley instead of staying the second night but that was just my preference.

Jedediah at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We were getting married on Saturday and Jedediah upgraded our room to the Morris House, and gave us food vouchers for the on-premises restaurant. He is the gold standard for front desk operations. He made what normally would have been a hectic day very smooth and delightful.

Room & all were good, however shower tub combos were not easy to get I & out of, especially us elder folks. Step in showers with grab bars would be nice. A little updating of furniture & drapes would also be welcomed. Balcony with view of ricks was very nice . Next time will ask for ground floor.

Everything was wonderful, the pool was lovely perfect temp. Pool side drinks were fabulous. Check-in was the most friendly and inviting ever. Room was clean, the only problem was the bed was in need of a new mattress as it sunk in the centre.

Staff was wonderful! Amenities were great. Lits of fun things to do... Beautiful property. The room was spacious and well stocked especially the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing notably bad was since the furniture was rather old it was also pretty dirty.. I definitely think its time to upgrade that living area furniture. We had a nice time and will book again tho.. We just put a blanket on the sofa so no biggie

We come all of the time to stay the weekend. When using the pool we felt very uncomfortable. The kids were told they could use the new water feature or splash around by a group of cranky old ladies using the pool. The kids pool is closed for the season so we had no other option. The resort is not adults only. I would suggest maybe not letting old ladies police your pool. We are paying customers as well.

Cleanliness, lighting in units, I was charged twice for resort fees that were not disclosed when booking, notification of remodel would have impacted our choice of hotels. The unit was outdated from the furniture to appliances to flooring.

Hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Balcony had Beautiful views. This was our first trip to Chicago. Would absolutely stay here again. It was within walking distance to the park, Art Museum and eateries. Always a taxi driver waiting it drive you to the pier or other spots. Beautiful city!

The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful and it is a short walk to the shops. The pool is also great with a big hot tub that helps sore muscles after a long hike. The room is a bit dated but large and has everything two people need in the kitchen for a light breakfast and lunch (went out to eat each night). The only thing that was not so great was the lack of housekeeping. We stayed for four nights, and it would have been nice to have housekeeping stop by at least once.

Refrigerator door fell off and hit us on the head when putting items away. Staff took 2 hours to fix. Refrigerator defrosted onto the floor. Management didn’t offer to move us or any other option. Towel ring fell off the wall. Ants all over patio coming onto patio door. Lobby and entrance have construction and not accessible. Restaurant had open sign and door was locked. Tiles falling off in pool area with fungal growth.

First experience at your resort. Room H237 was somewhat dated and in need of some TLC. The facility map I was given was not easy to follow and it took some time to find our rooms/buildings. Quite a bit of construction going on. For a first time customer, it was a bit confusing.

Shopping was great. No one offered to help us with our bags. They were heavy and we were on the 2nd floor and had to drag them up stairs. No one cleaned or offered to clean our room. We were there 3 nights 4 days.

There was a storage room for maintenance etc next to our room, hearing that door slam on and off all day wasn't pleasant, combine with the people above us sounded like they were bowling up there, request upstairs for sure. Room was a little dated but kept up to par. Facilities over all was 4 star we would definitely recommend to family and friends Amenities were very accommodating. Shopping and dinning all very short walking distance from our room which was also very convenient. If your looking for a great place to get away and relax that has the whole 9 Pool, spa, sauna etc this is it. If your looking for a great place to get away that's close to shops , restaurants and sites Sedona has to offer this is it.

I booked the cheapest room option as I was only staying one night, so I got the studio. Even though I know it was a $120/night room it was definitely a really old room. I almost paid to upgrade after seeing it, but was only there one night. This was in the Inn section part of the hotel… it’s overdue for an upgrade.

We were a little hesitant about this place because it looked more like a crappy motel in the photos, but it was actually fantastic! Our suite was huge and very comfortable. The hotel grounds were massive, with multiple pools, pickle ball courts, free laundry, and more. We had a great stay at a great price! My only complaint was the lack of recycling.

The guy who helped me at reception was very friendly. There is always staff maintaining the hotel, so all areas are clean and in good condition. It has a beautiful garden and has a list of activities for guests.
