Fantastic house and location, quiet and peaceful for a relaxing stay. We were welcomed by the housekeeper, Toni, who was amazing, helpful, friendly and professional.Air con in the bedrooms was a godsend (it was hot!) and fans in the other rooms made a difference. The house was very clean and had everything you'd need for a few days, a week, or more. The pool was so good, and it was needed in the heat! This was cleaned during our stay, the garden was attended to (twice). Both the poolman and the gardener were lovely people, kind and friendly.Would definitely go back if we were staying with family or friends. Thanks to Noel and his team for a great stay in Gozo.

This is the first place I've stayed where the property was even better than the photos. This place is beautiful and in a quiet village. You really felt like you are living like one of the locals. Neighbours were really friendly and said hello. Arrived late (1am) so the property manager Toni hid a key for us. Ceiling fans in every room. A large fan in the living room kept us cool. The bedrooms had air con which we used at bed time and it worked very well. Operates via a coin slot next to the front door (cost approx 2 euros a night for all 3 bedrooms).Washing machine and dishwasher so we brought detergent and dishwasher tabs. Also brought salt, pepper, some cooking oil and bin liners. Plenty towels provided, plus dish cloths and tea towels. Supermarket Loras at the end of the road was well stocked but quite expensive. Lidl is 5 minutes drive away. Plenty parking outside the property. Nearby Xlendi is just gorgeous. We spent a lot of time there during the day swimming and snorkelling and went there to eat a couple of evenings. Ferry back and forth from Malta is so straight forward. Just turn up and drive on. We never waited long and it runs 24/7. You only buy a ticket when you take the ferry back to Malta. Highly recommend a trip to the blue hole, Marsalforne, the citadel, popeyes, ghadir beach, valetta (and war rooms). Ooh and a boat trip to the blue lagoon. Try Amazing boat trips Malta, from st pauls bay Malta, and have lunch at Federicos kiosk beforehand.

Not a great start to the stay as despite sending messages to the host that we were on our way with an eta we were given no contact details of where to collect the keys to the property. Eventually after a 2 hour wait outside the property and an over an hour phone call to vrbo (which cost a load) who did book us hotel rooms as a last resort as they couldnt contact anyone either we got a phone call from the host when we were on our way to the hotel that the house manager was now at the property to let us in. I am not sure if the communication issue was caused by being in a low signal area but was very frustrating. The property itself is in a very quiet village with friendly neighbours and within easy reach of all lager towns and attractions but would recommend having a car. The house is very large and with plenty of utensils, books, cds, towels etc and a lovely large pool in well maintained gardens. However as highlighted else where there is a serious dust issue in the ground floor bedroom where the walls are made of sandstone that are very crumbly and the dust is made worse when using the air con (av cost 2€ per night to cover the 3 bedrooms) or the fan. We had to clear dust daily from the bedside table but this did not distract us too much from having a lovely relaxing break.

Stayed in this idyllic farmhouse for 6 days and simply loved every minute. The house had everything you could possibly need for an amazing , relaxing holiday. The pool was perfect..big, great temperature and a great way to cool down in July weather. The house is ideally located with supermarket and bus stop just a couple of mins walk. Great base to explore the amazing island of Gozo. I honestly can't praise it highly enough..photographs don't even do this house justice..it is even more beautiful in real life!! Jaw dropping from the minute you open the door. The owner , Noel, was extremely helpful and made booking a breeze! Thank you for everything. Neighbours especially Joe are lovely people and so friendly..Tony called on first day and offered lots of useful advice regarding places of interest and transport etc. Can't wait to go back next year x
