35 mins from Bayonne - Basque Country and 25 mins from Dax, the spa town.
Swimming pool available in season in the heart of the Residence.

Living room with bay window and superb view of the lake, sofa, dining area, TV and DVD
Kitchen area equipped with stove / oven, MW, large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc. ... + washing machine.

Mezzanine with sofa bed, reading corner and nap!
Green space available by the lake for lunch or relaxing in the sun.
Guaranteed show every evening (weather permitting ...) with sunset over the Lake (we never tire of it!)
The Atlantic and its immense sandy beaches await you 10 minutes by car and 35 minutes by bike by cycle path in the middle of nature (a joy!).
Seaside resort of Vieux Boucau very lively in season.
4 Supermarkets in Soustons + all shops in the city center. - 2 mins by car and 5/10 mins by bike.
Cinema, restaurants and large market every Monday and Thursday morning; in season, night market every Friday.

Very nice view on the lake, especially from the dining table. Apart from holiday season very quiet. Two separate bedrooms (on two separate floors). Kitchen equipped with all what it needs.
