About this house rental
From the large raised terrace or through the large bay windows, you will contemplate the town of Apt and its surroundings in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
It is a single storey house, a new wooden construction of 90 m² which can accommodate 4 people. Besides its clarity, its originality comes from the fact that all the rooms of the house overlook the outside. Two terraces to the south and an elevated terrace to the north surround the day area, continuing a 10 m² secure swimming pool with its swim against the current.
You will be the only one to have the wooden house, the terraces of the swimming pool and the garden.
The house is composed:
- a living room, open to the outside by large bays over the entire height to the south and north which offer an exceptional panorama. A glass volume of 36 m² around a central island, the bays are covered by motorized sun shades.
- two bedrooms with bamboo parquet, the master bedroom of 23 m², adjoining the terrace is furnished with a 160 bed with sink and bath, the second furnished with a 140 bed with sink, shower and desk;
- an entrance with cellar
- an independent WC;
- several parking spaces on the ground with terraces of 1100 m² unfenced.
