Villa with swimming pool, 40 minutes from Faro airport, 2 hours from Lisbon airport.
Welcome to the land of golfers.
The villa is in a residential area, in the middle of the orange fields, enjoys a view of the Oceanico Faldo course, nearby golf course, 15 mins from the beach, too.
Guaranteed calm, you will be woken up by the birds.
Recently renovated house, new furniture, new household appliances.
Large 109 cm LCD TV, free wifi
You will find 2 large bedrooms, one with private terrace, and 2 smaller, 3 beds of 160, and one of 140, mattress 24 cm thick, box springs for storage
There are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom with separate bath and shower
; 3 toilets.
A large fitted kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, nespresso machine, coffee maker
A very large living room with three bay windows overlooking the terraces, one of which is covered, and the orange fields below, with a table for 8 people inside and outside.
A few steps lead you to the private swimming pool, with alarm, but not fenced and a small pergola will shelter you from the sun at the hottest hours of this beautiful country
The house is on one level but outside there are small steps for example to access the pool; or go around the house
this house is unsuitable for very young children because of this.
The house is located on a large plot of 3500 m2 with trees, swimming pool in front of the house
You will love the village of Silves, an authentic village with its artisans, its castle from the time of the Moors; some good restaurants, O Alambique, Café de Ingles, Barradas
Your children can enjoy the Armançao da Pera amusement park, nearby, surfers are 45 minutes from Sagres, known for its waves

Lovely property, pool was wonderful in the hot temps!! The house was very well kitted out for a short stay. Beware the ants and mosquitos though (this is not the owners fault, they have lots of ant traps) but literally any crumb left on the counter had swarms of ants in seconds and we were all bitten to shreds by mosquitoes so take lots of insect repellent!!! Lidia was excellent and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed the two weeks in the villa. Almost everything was perfect. Specially the outdoor facilities (Pool, terraces) were really great. The agency and the host were always helpful. Thx
