Situated in our garden, in a residential district of Marseille, near the beach, this little independant house is very quiet. It is near the buses and downtown, and you'll be able to use the bicycles of Marseille called "Velo"

Nice quiet location, lovely hosts who responded to any queries and left us some bread and wine. It is as described and the hills are steep but we were aware of that and if you use the bus it’s better. Beach, baker, butcher and grocers all close by.

We spent a wonderful week in La Maison des Poissons in Roucas Blanc. The house is situated in the middle of a magic part of Marseille with amazing things to discover around every corner. We appreciated the calm neighbourhood and the short distance to the Corniche and the beach.
Our hosts were always friendly and helpful and we are looking forward to coming back to La Maison des Poissons.

Gite confortable dans annexe du jardin des propriétaires, calme, agréable, idéal pour période courte mais nombreuses imperfections.: difficultés pour se garer, climatisation défectueuse, 2 plaques chauffante pour cuisiner mais impossible de mettre 2 casseroles ou 2 poêles, l espace entre les plaques étant trop réduit (conclusion compliqué de faire à manger, baie vitrée mais peu de fenêtre,( ca tape d'autant que le toit et le parking des propriétaires, dont on ne profite pas ) moustiques dû au bassin des poissons ( conclusion terrasse peu agréable.
L antenne télé (interne) marche quand elle veut.
Pas de commerce à proximité
Pas l impression d être chez soi, je conseille ce gite pour week end et hors saison (à cause de la climatisation aléatoire).
