About this apartment rental
The unique maritime domicile for romantics and individualists. Historic former house of the port captain / sea pilot station high above the Sassnitz fishing port with spectacular panoramic views of Binz Bay, the fishing port and the 1.45 km long pier, the old town of Sassnitz and the Jasmund National Park. The peculiarity of this apartment is the exclusive Alone (!)-Use of the tower terrace as a viewing platform and sun terrace and the wonderful all-round view of the harbor, the edges of the Jasmund National Park and parts of the old town. The terrace can be equipped with (existing) chairs and a table. There is a private parking space in front of the property.
Eagle's Nest:
In the living room there is a large rustic solid wood dining table with five buffalo leather chairs, a 3-seater and a 2-seater leather sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The small kitchen / kitchenette is equipped with the usual dishes / cutlery, etc. In the bathroom there is a shower, which can also be used as a steam shower with two wooden seats and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: a lockable room with two single beds, as well as a double bed in the upper open maisonette area, next to it a small lockable chamber with a single bed.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
