The 2013 completed Seeresidenz is located about 120m from the beach in Börgerende. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities Seeresidenz is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments all have a balcony or terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. Each apartment has an underground parking space.
2-room apartment:
This bright 2 bedroom apartment with north / east terrace and only 150 meters from the beach offers a nice stay. The apartment is furnished for 2 persons. Cot is possible The generous entrance area with cloakroom leads to the living / dining room, bedroom, shower room and storage room. In the living room you can expect a cushioned seating for comfortable TV evening. Of course, the equipment also includes a flat screen TV with integrated broadcasters. The dining table with 4 chairs offers space for shared meals, which you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include: all necessary electrical appliances, such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The sunlit bedroom is bright and friendly with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Also from here you have access to the terrace. A beautiful shower room with floor-level spacious shower and a towel dryer are of course the equipment. To this apartment is a free underground parking space # 2 in the object ready.
