This new 3 bedroom, one full bathroom shares the private waterfront only with the owner. Superbly appointed with new furnishings, large flat screen TV, Surround sound stereo, central AC, granite countertops and hardwood floors. All three bedrooms have queen beds. Relax on the upper deck overlooking the incredible views of the lake or head down to the perched beach with steps into the water or maybe take out the two provided kayaks in the no-wake bay. Excellent private property for hanging out and relaxing. This apartment also includes use of a dock that can accommodate up to a 40ft boat. Great location for boaters and convenient to all Lakes Region Activities with plenty of shopping and dining options. For those outdoor enthusiasts, this property is very close to all the adventures that Gunstock has to offer, Zip Line, Segway tours, aerial treetop course, hiking and mountain biking trails.

My sister is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and my brother and i wanted to do a special trip to where we went as summers as children. I simply can't thank Guy and Mary enough. The house was perfect!! As they have their house also on the property we got to get to know them. Exceptionally kind and thoughtful. They have made a perfect getaway in an absolutely stunning location. They made the trip that much more special. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting to truly experience the lake.
