Wonderful location, close to sea 300 m walk, nearest supermarket 1km, 3km from the center of Sete. Inside is equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. All kitchen equipment, glasses, plates, dishes and electric plancha outside tefal. 2 rooms with bed .RESIDENCE closed with garage.

Vi har haft skønne dage i denne dejlige og velindrettede lejlighed. Det var meget varmt og det var en skøn oase at komme tilbage til. Området er et nybygget, men helt fint. Modtagelse og afrejse var flexibel og meget venlig: Merci Georges!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement très bien situé, proche de la mer et de l'étang, des commerces, des bus. Nous avons pu pofiter pleinnement de la région. Merci à Georges et Carmen pour leur accueil de qualité. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Très bel appartement en tout point conforme à la description. Magnifiques terrasses, pièces spacieuses, tout est fonctionnel. Très lumineux. A quelques centaines de mètres des plages. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. Merci .

Appartement très bien situé et confortable. Il ne manque rien. La terrasse est vraiment très agréable. Merci à Carmen et à Georges pour leur accueil, leurs bons conseils et leur gentillesse.
