Very nice new apartment, bright and air-conditioned, contemporary decoration.

3 rooms of 70 m2 + terrace 14 m2 facing south/east, sea view at 400 m. Living room of 38 m2 (television + wifi box) with kitchen, opening onto a pretty terrace (real living room), equipped with a dining area and a lounge area.
Entrance, separate toilet. Sleeping area with 1st bedroom (160 cm bed with 2 80 cm beds) large wall cupboard and television.
2nd bedroom with 2 beds 80 cm that can be joined into a bed 160
A bathroom, walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. (hair dryer) iron and ironing board.
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher – oven – ceramic hob – hood – fridge/freezer – microwave – classic and Nespresso coffee maker – kettle – large selection of crockery.
On the 5th and last floor not overlooked with elevator.
Crossing apartment.
Double parking space in the basement. Secure bicycle storage

Apartment had everything needed. It was very comfortable and stylish. To note there is no AC unit in the bedrooms so it can get warm but kept the doors open to the bedrooms to let the cool air in. Balcony lovely, great location to the beach and private parking. Building is very secure and it's quiet! Bakery across the street super convenient!
