About this house rental
a house full of light, a courtyard opening by a bay window on the living room further enlarging the space. A decoration and neat materials, contemporary and warm, quality equipment, wifi adsl the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room WC of which an independent are on 2 floors. On the ground floor: kitchen, utility room, dining room and living room. A courtyard (not overlooked), barbecue a table and chairs for dining outside deckchairs to relax. Quiet, 100m from shops and the village center. Large garage in the dead end and bikes at your disposal. Classified 4 stars furnished with tourism.

We had a wonderful time staying at Maison de Clara. The house layout gave us plenty of space. Our two teenagers had the top floor bedrooms and a bathroom to themselves. It was very hot during our visit so the house was a nice cool and tranquil place to return to in the evenings. We liked the location, in the heart of the old town and we really appreciated having the bikes to cycle to the beach. Finally I must mention the paintings, by the hosts themselves, which are very good and add a really nice touch to the rooms. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is furnished with great care and attention to detail, and offers you all the comfort you need to relax and forget your worries. The equipment of the kitchen is perfect and the nice backyard terrace is great for barbecue and sitting in the evening sun.When we arrived we were welcome very friendly and everything was perfect and very clean.The landlords are really nice and easy going. Saint Marie is a little nice village and It is located in an ideal spot for quiet holidays, away from the "madding crowd", but with easy access (even on foot) to go to the beach or find some entertainment possibilities. Canet is just 4 KM and Perpignan is just 12 KM away. 10 Minutes by car, in Claira, there is a nice shopping center, with a nike outlet store and lots of other shops. We really enjouyed our holiday and will definitely come back !!!
