Good morning! You will enjoy a fully renovated place in the beginning of 2023, combining modern equipments and soft atmospheres for you to relax. The peaceful heaven we offer you is located in a local stone house opening onto a very charming 12000-sqm park brightened up with sculptures, a pond and a watercourse. The feeling of serenity inherent in the park will bring you inner well-being, allowing you to fully recharge your batteries.

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday, our 12 day stay was fantastic, the quality of the Gite and the tranquility of the grounds made a perfect base to explore the area, all topped off with perfect hosts, we will definitely return.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful in all cases. They did a lot for our feeling like at home. We have recovered well and it was very nice with them and their humour. The comfortable house has a good design and espacially the park-like garden has a magnificant atmosphere.

It was an excellent stay. Karine is a very attentive host, but also discreet, and knows when to give guests their privacy. The garden is extraordinary, and almost worth a visit itself, with its array of intriguing sculptures and tree houses. The surrounding area has beautiful beaches, and charming small towns and villages.

Je savais que les Cotes d'Armor étaient magnifiques depuis les points de vue spectaculaire des côtes, en passant par la campagne verdoyante jusqu'aux villages à la beauté sereine! La vrai surprise vient du gîte très bien équipé, avec de grandes chambres très confortables dans l'écrin d'un jardin aussi beau que surprenant mais surtout de nos hôtes, Karine- et Thierry. Je confirme tous les commentaires précédents sur leur accueil chaleureux, leur présence prévenante et bienveillante ! Une très grande part de la réussite de ces vacances leur revient ! Merci !

Le gite est très propre et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans un jardin splendide qui invite à la contemplation. L'accueil de Karine et Thierry est très chaleureux, ils sont discrets tout en étant très disponibles. Ils ont à cœur de faire de votre séjour un moment très agréable et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage à Préhédel.

D’abord l’accueil, amical, comme des amis que l’on retrouve….! La maison bien conçue, très bien équipée, à la hauteur de nos attentes. Et puis surtout une vraie rencontre avec Karine et Thierry, des hôtes exceptionnels avec lesquels nous avons partagé de très beaux moments !!!! Un accueil très chaleureux par Karine et sa famille dans ce gîte très calme et agréable. Un espace de jeux (table de ping-pong et billard) idéal pour nos ados au retour des différentes excursions dans la région. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location!! La prochaine fois, nous essayerons une nuit dans les cabanes dans les arbres.

Ausgesprochen freundlicher Empfang mit Cidre und selbst gebackenem Apfelkuchen. Ein paradiesischer großer Garten, in dem sich auch unser Hund austoben konnte. Ein ausgesprochen empfehlenswertes Quartier!

Wir (Familie mit Kind und Hund) wurden von Karine sehr herzlich empfangen und ausführlich in das schöne Ferienhaus eingeführt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles zu finden was man braucht. Die Schlafräume sind großzügig und gemütlich angelegt. Den Billardtisch nutzten wir intensiv. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem tollen Park.....unser Hund war, wie wir, total begeistert. Karine erlebten wir als eine sehr herzliche, fröhliche und kommunikative Gastgeberin. Unseren spärlichen Französischkenntnissen kam sie mit der Bereitschaft, sich in englischer Sprache zu unterhalten entgegen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

Prettig verblijf. Heerlijke ligstoelen voor in de grote tuin. Leuke, rustige omgeving. Voldoende te ondernemen. Huisje met voldoende goede voorzieningen. Was prettig geweest wanneer we van te voren op de hoogte waren geweest van de boomhut op het terrein die ook verhuurd wordt. Maar voldoende privacy.

Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille à la Toussaint, et avons adoré la maison, l'accueil de Karine, la région (magnifique, de Paimpol à Perros Guirec,et surtout Bréhat !!!!) et recommandons chaudement. Nous reviendrons certainement dans le coin....

L'endroit est idyllique et au calme. Un gite impeccable et décoré avec gout qui dispose de tout le confort. Nous avons appréciés la vue dégagée et le super jardin .Grand merci à la famille Raffin qui sont des hôtes très sympathiques. Grand merci à Thierry pour son sublime homard et poissons frais et à Karine pour son très bon gâteau aux pommes et la bouteille de cidre.

Wir wurden vom Vermieterehepaar sehr herzlich und mit einem leckeren Begrüßungskuchen empfangen. Der Blick in den traumhaften Park hat uns von der ersten Minute an gefesselt. Auch unser Hund hat den riesen Auslauf und die Spielwiese sichtlich genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön hergerichtet und liebevoll restauriert worden. Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen wie hier. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sogar Billiardtisch und Tischtennis stehen zur Verfügung. Durch die Spaziergänge in dem mit Kunstobjekten bestückten Park, ist Erholung mit allen Sinnen angesagt. Traumhaft schön!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Outre l'accueil très symphatique des propriétaires, le logement présente de nombreux atouts (propre, décoration soignée, spacieux, calme...). Le terrain est superbe avec son très joli parc (arbres magestueux, plantes exotiques... (Terrain clos, idéal avec les enfants). Nous y retournons certainement lors de notre prochain séjour en Bretagne ! Voilà une adresse à retenir et à partagez !
