The Caribbean apartment is a beautiful two-room fully refurbished fully equipped and comfortable 41m2 in a lovely small private residence at Trois Ilets - Anse Mitan. It is located on the 2nd and last floor.
From the terrace, enjoy a splendid view on the beach of Anse Mitan, the sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.
The fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto the living room and the terrace.
You will find in the living room a sofa bed with a real mattress, Internet Wifi, a TV with cable channels and a Hi-Fi system.
This crossing apartment is equipped with a fan and air conditioning in the room for the comfort of the travelers. You will find a bathroom with shower, storage and WC.
After a day on the beach or discovering Martinique, take time to relax on the terrace, enjoying the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.

Appartement propre avec vue sur la baie de fort de france, magnifique en particulier le soir.
Juste la rue à traverser pour se retrouver sur la plage ainsi que pour accéder au ponton où les navettes vous emmènent vers la capitale en un quart d'heure. Nul besoin de voiture pour aller jusqu'à la pointe du bout où se trouvent tous les restaurants et boutiques. Cet appartement est doté d'un coin cuisine absolument complet, rien ne manque. Néanmoins, il y a un sérieux manque d'éclairage au niveau du salon et surtout au niveau de la salle d'eau le soir. Nous avons également souffert du bruit environnant, la rue étant très passagère et très fréquentée en particulier le soir et la nuit sans parler de la construction d'un immeuble juste à côté! bien que temporaires les nuisances sont là !
