Very spacious F2 of 50 m2, on the ground floor of a villa, ideally located 500 m from the beach, less than 5 minutes on foot from the shuttle bus and restaurants and less than 2 km from the Creole Village.
The accommodation is located 35 minutes from the airport in Trois-Îlets, Anse Mitan district renowned for its tourist activities.
15 m2 terrace with superb view over the bay of Fort-de-France.
The 14 m2 bedroom is air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom (Italian shower).
A comfortable convertible sofa is located in the living room with fan. The dining area also has a fan. A connected TV and WiFi are available.
Pets are not accepted.

Pour cette 4ème année consécutive en Martinique, nous sommes satisfaits de ce logement relativement spacieux et confortable. Les photos sont conformes et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Toujours à l’ombre, pas une seule fois nous avons dejeunés et dïnés à l’interieur. Des voisins très gentils et discrets. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Delightful apartment overlooking the Bay of Fort-de-France. The apartment was exactly as described: living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. All clean and well maintained. It was the perfect size for my wife and me. The living room sofa has a pullout bed, if needed. The view from the patio was wonderful, overlooking the bay and the town. If you are able to handle the short, steep hill, the beach, the town, and a great pastry shop are walkable. Otherwise it is a 2 minute drive.
The owners were very helpful. Our plane was late, and we became lost leaving the airport (wrong way on N5); the owners were there when we arrived more than an hour late. The upstairs neighbors were great. Our 220V to 120V transformer for charging our phones and computers died. The neighbors lent a transformer to us. They gave us more information about the neighborhood and how to find markets.
We highly recommend the apartment and its owners for a great stay in Martinique.

Séjour très agréable, voisins sympathiques et accueillants ainsi que les propriétaires qui nous ont donné des conseils.
Seul hic : ABRITEL et le propriétaire devraient se mettre d’accord pour le paiement des cautions ainsi que pour le ménage ce qui m’a déplu, ABRITEL facture systématiquement
