Very nice house and was very clean and very nice fire pit area. Spacious deck with enough chairs for everyone and great place to hang out in the early morning with a cup coffee and in the evening as well. The make up of the floor plan and the bedrooms and beds was perfect for our family. The host Ryan was great and responded to any questions we had and provided information that made the check in and check out very easy. Look forward to staying here again when we return to Silver Lake.

The place was great. They advertise a private pool but it is in fact a shared pool with the rest of the HOA, felt misled there. They also advertised 100 feet of lakefront, but when you get there and read the house manual it says you only have access to the lakefront if you rent the pontoon boat, which also made me feel misled. All in all., it was a great place to stay and a nice house. Just felt there could have been more transparency as those two items were sort of oversold in the ad

The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, and cooking essentials, dishwasher pods etc. There was a starter supply of TP and paper towels. We found the basement rooms a bit cool as they had not warmed up yet from outside temperatures that were still early June, but there was enough sun to require air conditioning for the upstairs. This also cooled the basement. Fire pit, deck and grill were all in good shape and enjoyed by our family when it was warm enough outside. Texts to Mr. Phillips were answered promptly.There were also supplies for doing our laundry. Neighbors were friendly and invited our grand kids to play with them. The main bed was comfortable, but a little high off the floor for short folks. There was a large supply of towels and wash cloths.

This was my second year renting this house and it remains a great place to stay. The owner Ryan is also very responsive and helpful with any issues you might have. My favorite part of the house is the bonfire area which is well built and spacious enough for a large group to all sit around. At times being inside can feel a bit crowded with a larger group, but there's lots of outdoor deck seating if the weather is nice as well as a "sunroom" with a large dining room table where you can eat and play games. Our group will definitely be back!
