About this house rental

DREAM COTTAGE is a lovely brand new town house ideally situated in the heart of East London with easy access to the city and other historical places in London
There is also a huge communal terrace where you can enjoy the London skyline, as well as access to communal gardens.There are 3 bedrooms all with extremely comfortable beds, the master bedroom which is an ENSUITE has a luxury mattress and quality linens are provided. All three bedrooms are provided with either hanging or shelving space for your clothes. A baby cot is also available.

The bathroom is spacious with underfloor heating, a bath, shower wc and sink as well some shelf space in the cabinet.We also provide plenty of luxury towels. We provide free WIFI
The apartment is in zone 2 with numerous tube (DLR) stations just 5 minutes walk away, there are also numerous buses that can take you to all the sites as well. Our local area is an attraction in its own right with Broadway Market, the EXCEL Exhibition Centre, the Olympic Park, the Geffrye Museum, the fashion hub and other historical and attractive places in London

Unlike many other holiday rentals we include everything in the price; taxes, heating, water, electricity, wifi, use of communal spaces and even parking permits for on street parking. Also included are high quality bed linen and towels, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper and soap. We provide Oyster Cards (prepay travel cards), to make travel easy for you. We also provide a UK smart phone, with £5 of credit on it, (but you can add more before you arrive ) to enable you to make phone calls at much cheaper rates, as well as contact us free-of-charge if necessary. The phone will also have plenty of local information on it for your convenience.

My place is a 3 minutes walk to Canning Town Underground Station, Custom House, Nisa Local supermarket, Custom House DLR Station & Excel Exhibition Centre. You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The flat was very clean and quite spacious and check-in was relatively easy with Matthew meeting us at the entrance to the building. It was a very convenient location as the Canning Town tube stop was right around the corner. We didn't spend much time in the flat but it was quite easy to get back and forth into London with the Jubilee and DLR lines offering easy access to most sites. The flat is similar to traditional row houses in that it has 4 stories so there's a good deal of climbing stairs. I thought it was quaint but could be a challenge for anyone with disabilities. The furnishings were sparse but pretty comfortable and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. It was also nice to have a grocery store right in the building so it was easy to stock up and necessities. I'd definitely rent here again the next time I'm in London.

Matthew's 3-bed townhouse is well appointed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleanliness, space and convenient transport links are the most important factors to us when we are visiting London. This apartment scored 10/10 in all 3 areas. It is in a private estate located across the road from Canning Town station, where you can use either the Jubilee line or the DLR to get everywhere. The convenient location of the tube ensured that our travels around London were always a breeze! Also note that the Apartment is only 2 train stops away from the Westfield Shopping Mall Stratford. And if going to the west end, it's a straightforward journey on the Jubilee line to Bond Street. The apartment was quiet, warm and cozy. The bed linens were immaculate and fresh. There were enough towels for a family of 5. There was also lots of room for everyone, which in my opinion is a rare privilege in London! Our younger kids had plenty of play time around the house without disturbing the rest of us. There is a big playground for the family right on our doorstep, although we could not enjoy this facility due to the cold weather. Our host, Mr Matthew was very kind and considerate. He had provided a welcome pack of essential toiletries. This turned out to be quite useful as we arrived at night and I was not looking forward to going out immediately to shop for items like tissue paper etc. He also patiently walked us through the neighbourhood so we could easily move around later. The appliances were adequate. In addition to the sizable TV in the lounge, there was also a TV in the master bedroom. We could catch up on news and events without encroaching on kids' play time. Everything worked well in the apartment and we didn't have any cause to call Mr Matthew during our 10 day stay. In conclusion, if you are travelling as a family or a medium sized/large group, do not waste your time searching and looking through hundreds of options online; go ahead and book this one! We are already looking forward to our next stay. 😁

Modern property which comfortably accommodated 6 adults.Only 5 minutes walk from Canning Town tube and DLR, and a similar distance to local shops. Matthew was a welcoming host who took the time to explain the access arrangements of this gated development, and even walked us to the shops because there is currently some roadwork on the way. We all enjoyed our stay in this townhouse.
