Location was good. Liked having a working kitchen with fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. I had many beds to choose from and liked that there were firm pillows available. Neighbourhood seemed quiet. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good for the Excel arena.

The flat is full of beds but not a lot of small furnishings- There are few bedside lights, no towel rails, no hand towels in the kitchen, no coat hangers or coat hooks, nothing to hold up the shower head. I don't think this is too surprising given the hire cost I paid, but having a reading lamp and somewhere to put a towel and coat would have been nice. Another issue which is categorically not the hirers responsibility is that google maps directed me to the wrong address- there are two very similar locations around the corner from each other. The hirers did send detailed arrival instructions, but including a clarification on which address is correct would have been useful.

Great location near the train station, comfy beds and everything you need in the apartment. Including fans which we were grateful for! Our host Sam Peers was very helpful and responsive :) would definitely stay there again!

Large apartment with all facilities and in a good locale not too far from public transportation and all you need close by.

Cleanliness could be better.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The instructions provided by the host were clear and detailed. Once inside, the property met our needs for our stay in London, and the location was convenient.

The check-in experience was a little stressful. Although the host's instructions about the key box were straightforward, a lady outside the property incorrectly told us that the key box was not for the accommodation and questioned how we would get in. This caused unnecessary confusion, but fortunately, the instructions provided by the host were correct, and we were able to access the property without any issues.
