Looks better than it feels. Beautiful house in a beautiful place but needs a bit better maintenance to be truly good
Beautiful house in a beautiful location, with plenty of space for a large group (we stayed as 7 people - 2 couples 3 singles - and everyone felt comfortable). There’s a great beach within walking or short drive distance, as well as some other great beaches nearby. Decently close to Cannes and Nice to visit as well.
Looks better than it feels - throughout our stay we kept feeling like this place would be really great if it were better maintained. The AC units had water dripping from them, there were just 3 rolls of toilet paper provided for a 4-day 7-person reservation, we had a question about WiFi password the host only responded after 2 days, some parts of the house looked a bit used up. Even with this it was all pretty comfortable though and I think the location, size and price offset the bad enough for a 6/10 rating.

Spacieux , belle vue, calme
- manque entretien. Pas assez de couette, non plus house de couette. - problème de clim: il ne fonctionne pas dans une chambre. Dans autre chambre, beaucoup de fuite d’eau que on a du mettre un seau au dessus. - chaises cassés

Séjour agréable dans son ensemble
Villa sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire donc belle vue sur mer de la terrasse dans quartier calme,rapidement accessible sur le centre en cette période. Bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous étions 10 et étions à l aise. Rapport qualité prix à 10 , parfait.
Maison bien équipée mais des appareils vieillissants notamment le lave vaisselle à faire réparer ou à changer (PB de joint donc eau répandu au sol)car à plusieurs,même deux nuits on s en sert pour le petit déjeuner et apéro . Attention la machine à café est à capsules style nespresso et non Senseo comme on nous avait dit . Pas de torchons fournis sauf pour mains.
