Pokój z widokiem

Lokalizacja to tak naprawdę jedyny atut tego mieszkania. Rynek Główny, Barbakan, Wisła, Wawel, Smok Wawelski- wszędzie dotrzesz na piechotę w przeciągu kilkunastu minut spaceru. Nie daleko jest Lewiatan, żabka, lokalny stragan, trochę dalej biedronka. Nie daleko bloku jest fajna lodziarnia oraz przystanek z którego odjeżdża bezpośredni autobus do Wieliczki. Dobra komunikacja z dworcami.

Mieszkanie jest zaniedbane. Wymaga remontu. Sprzęty działają na słowo honoru. Jeśli ktoś chce tam tylko spać i się wykąpać to da się przeżyć

Proces zameldowania, szybko i bezproblemowo. Książki na półkach, pomysł na mieszkanie , w starym stylu super. Bardzo ładny rozkład mieszkania. Dla krótkiego pobytu (przespania się ) OK. Wifi.

Niezbyt czysto, stare wyposażenie np. kuchenka czy zlew. Brakowało elementów by podnieść komfort pobytu, np. wygodniejsze łóżka, okno zasłonięte jakimś pledem zamiast rolety albo żaluzji (nadawało to ciężkości i przygnębienia mieszkaniu) , prysznic zamiast wanny, brak TV, akurat przy krótkim pobycie nie ma znaczenia, ale na dłużej już tak. Bardzo słychać każdy krok sąsiadów, w nocy człowiek się trochę czuł jak na "urbexie". Okno przy antresolce trochę strach otworzyć, żeby się nie rozleciało. Brak parkingu ale to akurat jest problem wielu takich miejsc....

The best thing about the flat is its location. Besides that it's a very sunny and well-heated appartment. The neighbour upstairs plays piano really well (twice a day). 😍

The greatest time of this appartment is long gone. Bath with no curtain, shower head with no holder, toilet flush doesn't work (we had dedicated a cooking pot to flush the toilet as there was no other water receptacle in the flat to do it with). Coffee cups - there were two 150ml coffee cups (in a flat for 3 people) - the rest held around 30 to 50 mililiters (more for a doll party than a family of 3 living there for over 7 nights - which is the minimum booking duration). Besides that ever present dust balls on the floors and dubious stains/marks on kitchen pots, pans, utensils and crockery. Despite the neighbour upstairs playing piano very well, their dog's pawsteps can be heard around the clock as well as other sounds from the neighbours surrounding the appartment. Not the best place for staying with small children as the inconvenience works both ways. Kitchen countertops are disintegrating and are propped up with parts of other broken furniture.
