On the 3rd and last floor of a recent building (2014) very large new apartment of 110 sqm, all rooms overlook a landscaped terrace of 100 sqm, with air conditioning, large living room of 50 sqm, large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob , oven, fridge freezer, microwave, wine cellar, washing machine and dryer, etc.) a large double bedroom of 25 m²,
a single room of 12 m²,
2 shower rooms, 2 toilets

very quiet area 3 minutes walk from shops, the city center (place Monfort) and ancient sites.

My husband and I spent 12 wonderful days at this exceptional apartment, less than 5 min walk to town square. Beautiful, modern and spotless with everything needed for short or long stay (cooking staples & coffee provided!). Gorgeous sunset views of upper, medieval town & castle, plus over town and hills in other direction, from large deck patio and inside apt.Patrick (owner) was great host, meeting us when we arrived. Easy free parking in dedicated space in secure lot under building. Very easy to park. Great base for exploring this beautiful region. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The apartment was prrfect. It is well designed and maintained, with lots of room. The outdoor patios are extensive, well furnished, and have glorious virws. The garage is well secured, with a private small secure room for our e bikes. The proximity to the center of Vaison affords a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping. We will be returning.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. All was just as advertised and more. Beds comfortable, plenty of hot water and great appliances which worked well. The outstanding feature is the magnificent view of the castle, the old town and the hills which fills the living room window. Lovely terrace with sun and shade. We hope to return.

We were very pleased with the apartment with its spacious terrace which more than lived up to expectations. The apartment was very well equipped for our stay with everything we needed, even a small room for storing our bicycles. The location was excellent too. Patrick was responsive & very helpful.
