After a long drive we finally arrived to our rental at 1am only to find out that the code they sent us to unlock the Airbnb was invalid and we were locked out. after many calls and about 15 min of waiting outside we were finally able to get ahold of someone to let us in, other than that the place was great but they never once offered any sort of discount or at least free parking for the inconvenience!

The place itself was very comfortable, very clean and very close to Wrigley Field which was our destination. The street is lovely and accept for 10 to 11pm very quiet. Lots of people coming and going and loud in the streets.
Was not aware that this was a basement apartment. There was a family with a very young child , so there was lots of early morning running and also conversations coming through the ceiling vents that woke me up.
Also, we arrived an hour and 15 minutes early and were charged a $50 early check in fee.
Lastly, no instructions of how to get in which forced us to reach out to the owner. This also created tension.
