About this apartment rental
1200sqft third-floor 4-bedroom apartment located in the quiet residential Spanish District of Biarritz.
Rated 4-star tourist accommodation by Gîtes de France, the condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer, dryer and a complete set of cooking ware.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. Unlimited hot water.
Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a twin. The last one has a convertible queen and is set up as a small gym. The main bedroom has a 40-in TV.
Living room has a three-seat sofa, an ottoman and a lounging chair. 40-in TV, library, and board games (Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit) are available for your entertainment.
The west-facing balcony spanning across the entire apartment offers extraordinary views on the town of Biarritz, the ocean and the Spanish Mountains. The sunsets are truly breathtaking!
All conveniently-located near the shops on Boulevard Kennedy (about 600 meters).
The train station is a five-minute drive away, and the international airport is ten minutes away. Easy access to the A63 motorway while avoiding downtown traffic. Convenient on-site parking.
A Leclerc center supermarket is only five minutes by car. The Côte des Basques beach is a ten-minute walk away, with the beaches of Milady and Ilbarritz only a bit further. The vibrant city center with its casino, Rocher de la Vierge, aquarium, and other attractions is twenty minutes away by foot.
The owner lives nearby to quickly respond to any needs or concerns.
A €2,000 deposit will be requested upon entering the premises, and will be returned at the end of the rental, pending inventory of fixtures and inspection of the premises.

Formidable!
It is a lovely apartment with an AMAZING view. Well appointed and perfectly situated, you couldn't ask for more. Serge and Christine are incredible hosts, warm and welcoming and with whom we are so happy to have become acquainted.
We can't wait to return next year!

Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Liegt fußläufig 500m bergabwärts zum Surferstrand und 1,1 km vom Strand Marbella entfernt. Kein deutsches Fernsehen - aber ganz guter Internetanschluss zum streamen.
Das Vermieterpärchen war sehr sehr nett und hat sich viel Zeit für die Begehung der Wohnung genommen. Was uns wirklich sehr positiv aufgefallen ist: sämtliche Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher, Gewürze, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Putzmittel, Öl zum Braten, Kaffee, Tee usw. waren bereits vorhanden. Es mussten nur frische Sachen eingekauft werden. Wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet!
Was fehlte war für jeden ein 2. Paar Handtücher. Jeder hatte ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch - die kleinen Handtücher haben aber an den 4 Waschbecken zum Händeabtrocknen gehangen. Da es aber Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt, war es gar kein Problem.
Wir waren mit 2 Jugendlichen unterwegs und beide wollten in getrennten Zimmern schlafen
Das Zimmer mit dem Keyboard hat aber eher ein Notbett und das Internet ist dort sehr schlecht. ;-)
Jeden Tag kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen - wirklich toll!
Alles in allem eine super ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Blick und netten Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
