I am really sorry to have to share this because the owner was so nice but I want people to know what they are getting. First, the unit was much smaller than the photos led you to believe. There was not enough room for my party comfortably. I had to book a hotel to accommodate is all last minute for the 4th guest. The sofa in the only common space that we had to gather was not a solution. This is NOT a unit for 6 ppl. It sleeps 1 couple & 2 children if you do not mind using a trundle bed But the sofa in the main living space is not nice. And there is only 1 bathroom…for 4-6ppl. Also, I am a really clean person & the unit was just not clean. Once I pulled back the rugs on the floors, there were plies of dirt. I purchased a broom, mop, bucket, & cleaning materials to clean the flat before we could use it. I would recommend that the owners clean the chairs on the kitchen & living room. There are lots of stains on them from use. Not prohibitive but I don’t know what they are. Lastly, the hot water did not also work properly on the first day so I had to stay in a hotel. The owners were EXTREMELY responsive. They are very kind. But my neice took a cold shower upon arrival.
