Our bright, friendly and modern furnished holiday apartment rose fragrance was in 2014 partly renovated and refurnished. There is a 50 m² apartment on two levels with separate entrance for max. 2 people and a toddler. Our guests have free access to the Internet Wi-Fi. For apartment "Rose fragrance" has a terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a parking space. The living room on the upper level / attic there is a comfortable seating area with table, a stereo system, Blu-ray DVD combo or Books and reading area and a modern flat-screen TV. On the ground floor is the entrance area and an open kitchen with dining area, dining table, ceramic hob cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Also downstairs are the bathroom and the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe, and a second flat-screen TV. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer and has daylight .. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already covered with linen.

Our house is located in the beautiful harbor town Lauterbach auf Rügen, directly by the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South East Rügen with numerous biking and hiking trails, to the water with a swimming area on the bay is just a few minutes walk. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is about 20 minutes. We offer you a quiet location 2 modern and lovingly furnished holiday apartments (50-61 square meters, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, max 2 adults and 2 children, Internet Wi-Fi.). Both apartments Rosenblüte and Rosenduft have a separate entrance and a parking space directly at the object. For each apartment has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The numerous flowering and fragrant roses in our garden were also the namesake for our apartments because Lauterbach belongs to the Rose City Putbus. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already covered with linen. Upon request we provide for free a cot and highchair available. Incidentally, even for your kids there are great opportunities in the immediate vicinity, for example, a visit to the indoor playground pirate island with the house upside down.
